Game Notes: another rainy night for ball but the showers stopped long enough to get our game in. Giants defense continues to improve but one key play and the lack of base hit when needed saw the Giants lose 6-8 to the Expos. Trevor C started for the Giants and pitched five solid innings leaving the game in a 6-6 tie after five. Tyler Jones then came in and did a great job over two innings of relief however a defensive miscue cost the Giants a couple of runs. Trevor K then came in for the last two innings and continues to pitch well giving up no runs on four hits and
one K. Giant offense and defense were happy to see Ryan J, and Jordan F back however we could only manage seven hits all singles except for Ryan J double. Giants with singles were Tyler J,Gavin Mac, Jacob H, Steve B, Dan K. Giants defense was solid with several good plays including two double plays, and diving catch at short by Ryan J.
