Our new LL Pitch-Count Forms are specifically designed for new youth league pitching rules. Each form is approximately 5 1/2 inches tall by 4 1/4 inches wide, with two forms per sheet. Each "set" is printed in black and white and comes with a total of two additional carbonless copies.
