| Game Notes: Plato had there hands full on White Squirrel days with Eden Praires and North Dakato Sioux hard throwing star pitcher Mike Lueck. The Bluejays had 15 batters strike out on the day but still collected 7 hits and 7 runs to beat the class A Eagles 7-4. Boomers 2 out 2 RBI single in the 1st got Plato out in front early. The Eagles came back and tied the game at 2 in the 6th. In the bottom of that inning, with Welch on 2nd and 2 outs Boomer hit a ball to SS and a errant throw allowed Welch to score, the next hitter Dave Paulson got into a fastball and sent it to the road in left center to make the score 5-2. In the 7th Becker would double home 2 runs and that would be enough for a Bluejays win. T-Wish went all 9 innings in a hard fought battle for his 3rd win of the year. | ||||||||||||
