THE PLATO BLUE JAYS ARE YOUR 2026 CLASS B STATE CHAMPIONS!  

WE ARE CHAMPIONS ONCE AGAIN!!! 

 

 

The Plato Blue Jays once again are the the Kings of the CRVL and the State but this time in Class B!!!  What a ride it has been this year with plenty of downs but even more ups to polish it off with a State Championship!  It was an unbelievable ride and one heck of a journey.  We played some amazing teams that definitely put challenges in front of the Blue Jays.  But, we stayed together played together, did the little things and the right nthings at the right times, but most importantly, had fun while doing all of it!

 

Plato wins in great fashion against a known opponent, the Watertown Red Devils, in 9 innings at "The Joe" in Shakopee with a final of 13-1.  Nick Hubbard, our Draftee from St. Boni, pitched like the Dawg e is to keep the Blue Jays always ahead of the mark in this game.  Reece Schwirtz came in to close the game out in the 9th and shut the door on the 2026 season and claiming the Championship!  Unreal day at the plate by all the Blue Jays and the unbelieveable pitching made this be our destiny as Champions!

Blue Jay Stadium is getting a face lift. Lots of projects going on! 
The infield was leveled off and the dirt was replaced. 
Mound and homeplate and around each base were replaced with new material.

We are putting in a new retaining wall by the first base dugout along with some new asphalt for the fans to enjoy. Keep and eye here for pictures of all the updates.
