| Sundays season finale will now be a double header. at 9am at Liberty HS Sandvipers will play the Ambush in a make up game from the game cancelled on Oct 2nd. Then at 1pm also at Liberty HS Sandvipers will finish the regular season VS the Blacksox. Last night the Braves played the Dodger in round one of the weekday playoffs. The Braves came ahead the 9-6 winners and put the Dodgers on the brink of elimination. Sandvipers will now host the Braves 7pm Thursday Nov 3 at Hadland. Winner of this game will move into the championship which starts Thursday Oct 10th. Loser will meet the Dodgers Tuesday the 8th at 7pm at Pecolle with the winner moving on to the Championship. On Sunday the transaction was made to Acquire Travis Lovergren (Inf) and additional considerations from the Dodger in exchange for Kyle Clarke. The trade takes effect right away and both players are playoff eligible. |
