| What a whirlwind the last few weeks have been. I spent 3 weeks in Phoenix, played in 3 great playoff games, and won the second consecutive ring with the Las Vegas Bears. But now its time to get things straightened out for us.... First off Thursday 10/27 the schedule will be updated, the weekday league comes to a close in the next few weeks. Once the schedule is updated I will not be able to make any changes as this time of year we are limited on availability of fields. No shows we have had some guys not showing up when they say they will or not responding at all? Suggestions? This is frustrating as we have NEVER had to deal with being short players and recently had 6 guys show up for a Sunday league game. Winter League: NABA will host a Winter League I have opted not to enter Sandvipers into the league which means players will have ability to play with any winter team they would choose. Kelly will have a list of Winter teams, and will place you with a team if you just want placed on to a squad. NABA Turkey Shootout: NABA has planned a tournament to run November 12 - 14 (Championship Game the 14th). Do we want to enter into the tournament it would be roughly $60 per player to enter. Next Sandvipers Games: 10/25 - 7p Weekday League VS the Braves at Hadland 10/30 - 1p Sunday League VS the Dirtbags at Del Sol |
