The Baseball Academy is offering again a trip to Clearwater, Florida in the Spring of 2011.  The following are the details of the trip:

Location - Jack Russell Stadium in Clearwater, Florida (Former Spring Training home of the Philadelphia Phillies)

Dates - March 18th - March 27th/2011

Flights Information - (Departure - West Jet - 12:30am) - (Return - West Jet 2:30pm)

Hotel - Days Inn Clearwater, Florida

1. Deposit will be $500.00 and a Payment schedule will follow having the trip paid for by the end of January.
2. Fundraising will be available for families that are interested.
3. Students will be responsible for their meals in the evening.
4. Available for all High School Students.
5. There will be a sign - up form posted on Friday, September 17th on the wall outside the baseball office at ST. Francis Xavier High School.  Students will be required to sign the form if they are going to Florida.  The Sign - up form will be taken down Wednesday, September 22 after school and given to the Bookstore where a spreadsheet will be created to start the process of collecting funds for the trip.  The first payment will be required very quickly after to secure flights for the trip.
