| Sandvipers 18 Final regular season game was was won by forfeit when the Scorpions gave in before the game. Sandvipers 18 will start playoffs in both leagues starting next weekend. Playoff information will be made available soon. |

| The Hurricanes keep the Sandvipers from coming all the way back. After dropping to 9 to 1 in the 3rd inning the Sandvipers mounted a come back. Sandvipers loaded the bases in the 8th inning with 2 outs when Chris Ponto flew out to the center field fence to end the inning. The Sandvipers were down 1 run at the time.. |

| Sandvipers 18 loses to Yankees after the 1st and 3rd outs in the bottom of the 9th inning are made after Justin Hicks was ejected in the 7th inning arguing Balls and Strikes. The Sandvipers were leaft with only 8 players and were forced to take the 3rd out in the 9th inning after Steven Wright doubled and advanced to 3rd on a throwing error in the 9th inning. The Vipers were losing 8 to 0 in the 9th when the Vipers patience at the plate and timely hitting came through in the 9th. |

| The Sandvipers seemed to have a good chance going into the NABA 25 Wood World Series. After losing 3 pitchers and traveling only half of the starting lineup they soon found they were not able to get it done. While the Sandvipers were in every game, errors and poor base running were the doom. The Sandvipers committed 35 errors in just 5 round robin games and made the final out of the inning 11 different times throughout the tournament. |

| Sandvipers will play in the 2010 NABA World Series kicking off October 10th. The Viper draw a tough schedule but favorable with single games each day in round robin play. The schedule is currently posted and the Vipers starts 7pm Tuesday night at Tempe Diablo Stadium in Tempe. |

| Starting October 5th the Las Vegas Sandvipers will send a 25+ Wood team to participate in the 2010 World Series tournament in Phoenix Arizona. Sandvipers will compete in the the N.A.B.A. World Series where they have played in the Semi Final game the last 2 years. For the 2009 Tournament season the Sandvipers were the # 4 ranked team in the nation by N.A.B.A. |

| Sandvipers 18 will play a Fall schedule of Saturday and some weekday games in the newly formed LVABU. League primarily uses Silverado Ranch and Paul Meyer baseball fields. The league gives the additional alternative to not just playing on Sundays. If you are a current Sandviper player on 18 or 25 you are welcome top play.
