Cubs win Silver Medal!
After beating Red Deer and Spruce Grove in the round robin the Cubs found themselves facing a tough St. Albert team in the Gold Medal Game. Taylor Simmonds was a little too much to handle for our Cubbies but played with a lot of heart and deserve to be the number 2 team in the province.
John Forno was named co-MVP along with Taylor Simmonds from St. Albert. Keep checking our website for updates on the Western Canada Baseball Championship. Next game Saturday July 23 in Calgary against St. Albert and Spruce Grove.
