Welcome to the 2012 Victoria Red Eagles Bantam AAA team site. The Red Eagles are a team comprised of players born in 1997 or 1998.

The Eagles High Performance program changed the format of team composition for the two teams playing at the AAA level this year.  Previously, the Eagles fielded a "Senior" and a "Junior" team with the Senior team being comprised of second year Bantam age players only while the Junior team was comprised of first year Bantam age players.  For 2012, the shift to both teams (the Red Eagles and Black Eagles) being comprised of first and second year players was a result of wanting to graduate more second year players to the next level, that being Junior Premier, Midget AAA or Premier. 

The Red Eagles started indoor training on January 15 and after 4 weeks will pare their roster down to 14 players for the 2012 season.  The players have come out focused and ready to work hard and the coaches are happy with what they have seen thus far.  There is a lot of work to do this season to develop the players and get them ready for the next levels but if the players keep the focus and desire at the levels they are at now they should improve and compete at the AAA level.

The coaching staff brings a lot of experience, knowledge and passion for the game to the players. They are excited to be working with this group of players.
