Columbus Lady Wings Semi-Pro Basketball Announces Final Tryouts for the 2012 Season

COLUMBUS GA, March 26, 2012:    Columbus Lady Wings Semi-Pro Basketball announces Final Tryouts for its 2012 season. Tryouts will be held on April 7, 2012 at the Carver Park Recreation Center Gym (a Columbus Parks and Recreation facility, 6665 Hunter Road, Columbus, GA) from 10:00 a.m. until 2:00 p.m.   This date will be the last tryout opportunity for the 2012 season.

Participants must be females of at least 20 years of age, in good physical condition and health.  Athletes may not participate if they have remaining NCAA (Collegiate) eligibility. Participants should arrive at least 15 minutes early for registration.  The fee for the tryout is $25.00 (cash only, please.)  Players selected to move forward from Tryouts will attend three-day-a-week (Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays) practices beginning April 9, 2012. The 2012 Columbus Lady Wings roster will be announced at the end of April 2012.
