We played a fun tournament everyone. A great big thank you to Taiki for helping out the team. We finished in 4th place out of 8 teams, which is a great showing for us. I think everyone had fun and learned a bunch about baseball over the weekend. Thank you to all our parent volunteers too!

We played our 5th league game at Thompson again. We were the visiting team again, which put us up to bat first. As always on Tuesday's the boys have a hard time focusing at the game...darn that long day at school! Having said that, we had a better showing at the plate...we recorded only 4 KS's, and 5 KS's, but we also had 9 hits, including a triple, hit by Jordan...great job Jordan! We recorded 17 walks, while only walking 10 Angels. We had 15 stolen bases. Final score was Aces 15 - Angels 7. See you at the practice - Thursday at the Whiteside Mosquito West.

Today we played our 4th game, and our second at Thompson Field. The team had a few difficulties concentrating today, which seems to be typical for a Tuesday after a long day at school. We recorded three hits (including 2 doubles hit by Jordan and Noah W - way to go boys!), we had only 1 KL's and only 3 KS's. We had only 6 stolen bases thought, which means we weren't very aggressive on the bases today. The Mets had 8 hits to our three, but we only walked 8 of their batters, where their pitchers walked 17 of our batters. Final score (due to a mix up) was Aces 9 - Mets 9. See you at the next game, Tuesday at Thompson versus the Angels.

Final score was Aces 12 - Green Sox 10. See you at the next game, Tuesday at Thompson versus the Mets.

We had 11 hits, including 2 doubles (Jordan and Uche). We had 23 stolen bases. Final score was Aces 13 - Red Sox 8. See you at the practice - Thursday at the Gibbons batting cage.
