Congratulations to NRV Shok on a Second Place finish in the Cave Spring Tournament! You ladies finished strong, showing strength and perserverance, especially in the win over the highly ranked TCA Lynchburg.

Getting it done one goal at a time....

Good year, ladies! Good luck this summer with the camps in preparation for your school volley ball tryouts! Keep us posted on how you're doing!

Congratulations SHOK on 1st Place in the NGN Tournament, and 2nd Place finish in the Cave Spring HS Tournament, and 3rd place in the Bronz division at Shamrock!!

NEXT Tourney is the Hi Neighbor. Take time to KEEP YOURSELF IN SHAPE. Run up & down a hill, around the block, lift some weights (or soup cans). This is a big tournament, and we need to keep ourselves mentally and physically prepared. You've all come a long way, so let's keep it up!!

Parents,

Thanks so much for your support today! I assure you, today was a first for me. I really appreciate all of your help and support.

I am proud of the girls for holding their composure and finishing strong.

Thanks to all of you for contributing food. Thanks also for all the great photos for the website.

Please let me know if your daughter is involved in a spring sport that will affect her ability to practice on Wednesday. I know that track meets for middle school are on Wednesdays.

It's time to book rooms for Hi Neighbor. A block of rooms has been reserved at the Biltmore Hilton so that all of the teams from our club can stay together. Information is below.

We will not be attending a tournament on March 3rd.

We will practice on 2/29, 3/4, 3/7.

Our next tourney will be Shamrock on March 10-11.
