2009 SEASON PROMISES TO BE BIGGER AND BETTER

Fresh off the 2008 NABF WORLD SERIES win we are ready for our 23rd season.

Season will start the end of May and go to the middle of July.

TAMPA ELITE WIN THE 2008 N.AB.F. WORLD SERIES.

DEFEAT LOUISVILLE  3 - 1

This is the first time a Florida team has ever won the WORLD SERIES.

With the returning core that carried the TAMPA team to the finals of the 2006 A.A.B.C. STEVEN HOWARD proved to be to much. Howard thru a complete game allowing 1 unearn run.

This along with a 500 batting avg earn him the M.V.P. of the tournament.

Other returning players from the 2006 team included MIKE WRENN , BILLY

COLOME, JARED STEPHENSON, REID TILSON and BRIAN CARR.

Charles Blackburn, president of the N.A.B.F., said this was the most complete team to ever represent the state of FLORIDA. 

We want to thank all the players on this team as well as all the players on our teams.

Last count 18 players signing scholarships that they did not have when the season started.

We can't wait for next season. Our plans are to add a fourth team. To add LAKELAND to our sites we play at. Not only to host ARE 12 th  A.A.B.C. TOURNAMENT BUT TO ADD the N.A.B.F.  REGIONAL TOURNAMENT.

TAMPA ELITE WIN SOUTH REGIONAL.

The ELITE were undeated this week in

Orlando winning the tournament.

they now head to LOUISVILLE for the 

WORLD SERIES.

WE HAVE SECURED 100's OF SCHOLARSHIPS FOR HIGH SCHOOL AND COLLEGE PLAYERS LOOKING FOR NEW SCHOOLS.

WE WILL HOST THE 2008 STATE AABC STATE TOURNAMENT. THIS IS OUR 10th YEAR OF HOSTING A MAJOR TOURNAMENT.
