Welcome one and all to the MAA fireballs Website! Please let me know if there is anything that you would llike to see or any suggestions you have in regard t the site!

NEXT GAME: Saturday, June 26 9:00 am, please be at the field by 8:30 am.

We will play the winner of the Violets and the Mets, who play Friday the 25th.

Our record against the Violets is 2-0 (10-2, 11-7); and Mets is 2-0 (5-4, 4-1).

A few things to reinforce with the girls:

1) It is encourage to hit off the pitcher if it is a close pitch, not over the head or below the knees, but next year there will be no coach pitching, and they need to build confidence that they CAN hit off the pitcher.

2) They have to be listening when in the field. Too often in the past few games, the girls have not been listening and have either been close to getting hurt or have not known what to do with the ball.
