Mandatory Parent/Athlete Meeting: Wednesday, August 8 6-8 pm

  

 

  

On Wednesday,August 8, there will be a mandatory parent and athlete meeting for ALL athletes looking to participate in WIAA sports (Fall, Winter, and Spring Seasons) for the 2012-2013 school year. At least one parent must be in attendance with each athlete for the meeting. HUHS is pleased to host Mr. John Underwood, Life of an Athlete, as part of the evening’s presentations. Sponsored by the Council on AODA Washington County.

 

NEW FORMS!

To participate in Co-Curricular WIAA sports and/or Cheer or Dance for the 2012-13 school year, you must turn in the following forms and pay the co-curricular fee ($120 payable to HUHS) prior to the first day of the sport season:

• Co-Curricular Permission Slip (All Athletes must turn this in)
  • Please read the Co-Curricular Code and the  WIAA Eligibility Bulletin prior to signing.
    
• Current WIAA Student-Athlete Physical Card - Clearance Form (page 4) on file in the Co-Curricular Office
• Physicals dated PRIOR to April 1, 2011 are no longer valid
• Physicals dated April 1, 2011 - March 31, 2012 are ONLY good for the 2012-13 school year.
• Physicals dated April 1, 2012 - March 31, 2013 are good for the 2012-13 and 2014-15 school years.
