Mission Statement

The Mission of the Dade County Lady Bulls Women’s Basketball Organization is to create value for each individual player within a team concept while developing their knowledge of game strategies, character building, and competitive attitudes for success and opportunities of playing at a professional level.

The central goal is to develop winners on and off the court. Winners are not made by records or statistics, winners are made by the caliber of one’s character.

Team Philosophy

We will always strive to give more than 100%. We will push ourselves every day to improve the quality of our play, physical condition and mental toughness. We may face teams with more talent but we will never be out hustled!

We will be a Family. As a team, our staff is dedicated to the players and their goals and aspirations of playing internationally or in the WNBA. It is up to all of us, “the owner, administration, staff, our affiliates and players,” to help our players accomplish their goal.

Community

Giving back to our community is of high importance to the Dade County Bulls. We embrace being role models and playing a part in helping the children as well as adults in our community strive for the very best.
