Pirates & Padres stay perfect

The Portage Padres and Plumas Pirates remain undefeated after picking up wins Friday night. Portage took down Carberry 9-6 to move to 2-0, Plumas downed Neepawa 11-1 to also go 2-0. Austin used veteran Brendon Reimer's pitching and hitting skills to lead them to a 9-2 victory over Minnedosa. Reimer threw a complete game, and went 2-3 with a HR at the plate. The Mavericks and Cubs dropped to 1-2, while the Royals still looking for their first win sit at 0-3
