Preseason conditioning sessions are planned for the following Saturdays: January 14, January 28 and February 4. Conditioning Sessions will be in the JCMS gym, unless we have unusually mild weather.  These are open to any girls that are interested in playing during the 2012 season, that have turned in a Physical Form to the JCMS office.  If you are Cheer Leader or have played Volleyball or Basketball during the 2011-12 season these will already be on file. Basketball players are in season and can attend only with the permission of their coaches.  Players will need comfortable training shoes, gloves, and appropriate attire.
