The Notarized Parent Consent Letter signing for the Florida Spring Training Trip will be at 7:00pm on Thursday February 21st, 2013.  We will have classroom #121 at St. Francis Xavier High School.  Please make sure to bring 2 pieces of identification including photo I.D.  It is also required that both parents are in attendance to sign the letter.  To speed up the process please fill out all the information required but please do not sign until you are in front of the lawyer.

Anyone who can not make it will have to make their own arrangements with a lawyer to notarize the parent consent letter.  It is district policy now that a lawyer notarize the letters.  This document is required before leaving Canada and should be in the hands of the Baseball Academy Staff members prior to departure.
