The Dolphins are an adult Minor League football team and non-profit organization that gives players more than just another shot at football.  The PHINS provide an opportunity for the players to pursue higher education and help turn their lives around.  The team will be comprised of men 18 years and older, from various backgrounds, who reside in Hillsborough, Pasco, Pinellas and Sarasota Counties.  We are a proud member of the United Florida Football League (UFFL). 

 

                                               

 

The purpose of the Organization is to bridge the gap between youth and young adulthood by playing top quality football and positively developing our neighborhoods and communities in the Pasco, Hillsborough, Pinellas and Sarasota County areas. Additionally the organization will promote the development of leadership, character, sportsmanship, tolerance, discipline, and athletic ability. The Organization will nurture fitness, volunteerism, and a lifelong love of sports in the community. We will encourage and help those individuals who do not have a High School diploma or college education to go back to school and share in the dream of academic and athletic excellence.

 

 

 

The Dolphins hope to provide quality family entertainment to our community. Our staff consists of volunteers from Pasco, Pinellas and Hillsborough Counties that want to make a difference. Through community partnerships and the support of local businesses and organizations, the dolphins will achieve its goal of developing into a notable and worthwhile community-enriching program

The Dolphins  are currently looking for players and cheerleaders for the 2011 season. We are  seeking candidates that are interested in being a part of a professional team striving for success.
