Organizational Goals

 

As an organization, it is our intention to teach our players strong baseball fundamentals, demonstrate hard work does pay off, instill a deep respect for the game of baseball, while stressing sportsmanship and fun.

 

We also attempt to incorporate life lessons along the way as well.  Our organizational motto, FIND A WAY, not only applies to one’s time on the baseball field, but also is a beneficial mindset for anyone, every day.  To succeed on the baseball diamond, and in life, people must FIND A WAY  to overcome obstacles and succeed.  FIND A WAY  to reach deep inside and accomplish what they thought they couldn’t.

 

We believe our organization’s approach gives players a strong chance to succeed at the high school level and beyond in baseball, at the same time, help prepare them for life’s challenges.

 

Titans Select Baseball, is an independent youth baseball organization serving the communities of Delafield, Hartland, Wales, Genesee, Dousman, Oconomowoc, Pewaukee, Waukesha, Kettle Moraine School District, Hartland Arrowhead School District and other surrounding communities.
