Joe Tatka formed the Bulls in the summer of 2007. In the inaugural LVZBL Summer Season, the Bulls went on to record a 2-2 record. The season started off rough for the Bulls. The first game was a 9-1 loss to the Scorpions, and they followed that up with nail-bitting loss against the Cobras. The following to games were wins over both of the ZBL Free Agent teams. Those two wins brought the team their initial success. There was a good chance that the Bulls could have won the Summer Season. But a breakdown against the Cobras cost the Bulls a chance at contined success. A few pluses did come out of the Summer Season, the emergance of Zac Bouch as a star pitcher, a quick display of the power Conrad Leger possessed, the addition of Mike Friedemann as an every game catcher, and the consistant glove and bat of Jason Moon.
