Midget & Bantam Royals To Operate As One Program
Posted August 19, 2014
The Ridge Meadows Royals are excited to announce that starting with Fall Ball 2014, the Midget AAA and Bantam AAA Royals will operate under one management team. The program will be run by General Manager Nor Ljunggren, Midget AAA Head Coach Mack Whitford, and Bantam AAA Head Coach Patrick Whitford.
This group will be joined by a number of talented assistant coaches as well as guest coaches who will focus on development and implementing a winning tradition within our program and the Ridge Meadows Association as a whole. Our program will provide local players with a chance to play high-level baseball without having to commit to the time and cost of playing in the PBL or JPBL. We will run a Fall Ball program beginning in early September and transition to indoor training in November. This will continue until the spring when both teams will head outside to begin practice for the season.
Both our Midget and Bantam teams will work out together in the fall and off-season, providing a mentorship that will have a positive impact on both the older and younger players. We will emphasize winning through hard work and dedication, with a strong focus on commitment to the program and your teammates.
Anyone interested in Fall Ball for players born in 1997-99 (Midget) or 2000-01 (Bantam), or if you have any questions regarding the program, please email rmroyals@hotmail.com
