Summer Indoor Soccer

Boys:  Chad had asked me to look into a sumer indoor soccer league for you guys and I just got a call back from Southwest Indoor Soccer.  Below is some basic information.

• Location: Southwest Indoor Soccer - 12950 Sugar Ridge Blvd, Stafford TX 77477  www.letsplaysoccer.com
• League: High School Division (boys) 7 v 7
• Games played: 8 games with 2-20 minute halves played on a Saturday or Sunday between 7am and 4pm
• Cost $650 + $120(refs) divided by number of players on the team (we are looking for a min. 10-man roster)
• Season begins: June 1
• Coach:  Chad is planning to attend these games but this is neither a Fusion nor an Albion sponsored activity. 

Guys, I know that this is last minute so a few things need to happen and they need to happen pretty quickly.

1. you need to decide if you want to play or not and let me know by 12pm Thursday;  "Yes" or "No".  I will sign up the first 10 boys that respond.  If I do not hear back from 10 boys then I will not move forward.
2. based on a 10 man roster, I will need $77.  If I do not have ALL of the payments in ADVANCE by 7pm on Thursday then I will not move forward.
3. If we cannot get a goalie then I will not move forward.

Don't try to hide it.....some of you are getting soft and out of shape.  This is a great opportunity to have some summer fun and get back into the soccer groove.  Yes...I said "groove".  What about it?

Parents.  if you are wondering you you can get your payment to me on such short notice, you can Chase QuickPay me or you can meet me at World of Beers at La Centerra on Thursday at 7pm.

Finally, in one of my prior emails I had posted an incorrect date for Albion Tryouts.  Our tryouts will be June 2 & 4 at the New Territory Sports Complex from 8:30 - 9:40 (see www.albionhurricanes.org for details).  Also, please remember to register for tryouts.
