| Game Notes: This game was originally supposed to be against the Indian Head Broncs, but unfortunately they had to drop out of the tournament. The Central team stepped in and had a good weekend of basketball. With a win the Rockets could claim first place at the Rocket Launcher tournament for the first time and that is precisely what happened. The Rockets started slow and were actually down 8-2 early and once again, the Rockets were challenged to pick up their defensive game. Once again the team responded with a solid effort and only gave up 21 points over the next three and a half quarters to claim the title. Kudos to Kacey who may had her best game at the point by generating several baskets off of some very nifty passes. | |||||
