Game Notes: This was a good game for the Rockets as all players played quality minutes and as seems to be the Rockets' M.O. lately, they came out fast dropping 25 in the first quarter. Cornerstone called a time out with the game tied at 11 and the Rockets got called out by their coach during the time out as to how they were playing defense. The team responded and for the rest of the half went on a 29-4 run. The bench was then put on as a group for substantial minutes in the second half and Cornerstone was able to make a run, but the younger players got better as a result and that is all that matters! Bell ringer went to Kacey Coghill who played a great game distributing the ball and which was a theme on the weekend for her as she really did a great job pushing that ball up the floor. She also drove to the hoop which she and her coach have been working on and when Cornerstone threw a man press in the latter stages she took it on and kept the ball in the middle. Well done Kacey!
