| Game Notes: This was a barn burner of a game, very exciting to watch. The Rockets continued Their unfortunate trend as of late by coming out slow in this one by missing several layups early and falling behind 10-1. The Rockets settled down after that and finished the quarter 6-5. For the remainder of the game it was a back and forth affair with each quarter being one by the Cyclones by a few points. The Rockets did win the third however. The Rocket posts got into a bit of foul trouble and that meant a lot of minutes for grade 10 post Kristy Pomrenke. Because of her great work off of the bench, she gets the game ball in this one. The Rockets struggled keeping Central player Alex Butler off of the boards and she kicked in 41 points for her team. | |||||
