The Auburn Mudcats have changed there name to the Auburn Wildcats. As Auburn begins rebuilding it brand from the former Morgan Hill Mudcats in the Auburn Area, after collaboration with Manager Shannon Fernandez and other local residents, Owner Ken Valencia has decided to go with the Auburn Wildcats. "It is time to order new Uniforms and I thought it was a good time to change our logo and name that I felt will better identify with the Auburn area", states Valencia. "at this point we will keep the red and black color scheme", Valencia says. The schedule is 99% complete and the Wildcats are finishing up field agreements, which should be complete within two weeks. Valencia adds, "We are a little behind on our recruiting, but we had to get the business side in order. We will now turn our attention to players and host families". The Wildcats will be posting more updates in the coming days so keep you eyes posted.
Auburn Wildcats are currently recruiting and looking for active college players for the upcoming 2012 summer season.
