Senior Football Showcase

Saturday February 18, 2012 ∙ 8:00AM-2:00 PM

Methodist Training Center at Reliant Stadium

(You must pre-register to attend)

The Touchdown Club of Houston will conduct a Senior Football Showcase for all unsigned Class of 2012 football players.  This Showcase is 100% free for all participants and colleges.  In 2011 the event hosted 27 NAIA, Division II, and Division III Colleges and Universities Coaches.  The Showcase generated 178 offers of scholarships (roughly $10,000,000.00) to the 385 student athletes in attendance.

If you know of a senior football player on your team that would like to continue to play at the next level, please pass on this information to them. The only requirements are for the student athlete to be a graduating senior, have taken an SAT or ACT, and meet one of the following:

1.      An SAT score of 1000 (M/V only) or ACT of 18

2.      Be in the top half of his graduating class

3.      Have over a 2.5 GPA

This is a 100% free showcase designed for student athletes to participate at DIV II, DIV III, and NAIA schools. SAT scores are paramount when determining eligibility & scholarships.  Please make available the attached student registration link to any of your players that show an interest in playing football in college www.tinyurl.com/fbshowcase

Space is limited, so please encourage them to turn it in as soon as possible.  If you have any questions, please email or call us.  You can also visit www.tinyurl.com/2011fbshowcaseto view a video of last year’s event.

This is a 100% free event for all student athletes and colleges.  This showcase is for the sole purpose of giving student athletes a chance to further their education through athletics.  If you need any references or a list of colleges that attended last year, please e-mail us.
