   With their first two seasons behind them, the MATADORS are really fired up about the ABU 2009 Spring Season.  The MATADORS keep building in the right direction, and with some key off-season pickups we will be looking to make a pro-division championship run.  Teams such as the Beavers, Canes, Knights, Brewers and Coyotes as well as others look to stand in our way.  The MATADORS are in division II which is rumored to be the stronger of the two divisions but in this league any team can beat any other on any given sunday. 

   The MATADORS have partnered with the Cobras in the minor division to form a team for up and coming players.  The "Cobradors" are managed by Mike Bianco, the manager of the Cobras.  Best of luck to them in their upcoming season.

   Coming down the home stretch in the 2009 Spring Season with 5 games left, the MATADORS are in a 3 way tie for 2nd place in division II with the Hurricanes and the Knights.  With division play comming up, anything is possible.  The MATADORS would still like to grab first place away from the undefeated Brewers, but so would the Knights and Canes.
