The 5th grade team is continuing to show improvement as a team. They posted their highest point totals of the season. Their defense is also improving keeping their opponent to just 30 points in their final game of the weekend.

        The 6th grade team finished pool play in first place and entered into Sunday's bracket play with a first round bye. Winning their semi-final game against Cap City Ballerz putting them into the finals. the finals match-up was against the Red Tide. The game was a good contest resulting in BWSL Richmond winning 33 to 27 to claim first place.

        The 7th place team finished pool play in first place on Sunday morning resulting in a match-up in bracket play against Team Carolina. The game was a hard fought contest. BWSL Richmond finished the game with a 40-37 victory. In the finals the 7th grade team lost to Norfolk Xpress 59-37 finishing the weekend in second place.
