Players $250.00 registration fee is due on/before October 21, 2010.  We need to order all of the practise jerserys and cloth portion of our uniforms on/before November 1st. 

 As we discussed during our meeting, in the event that a player provides Brett with a prospect lead that turns into a sponsorship, or sellls season tickets, this $250.00 registration fee will be reimbursed.

 

 Please make checks payable to Collier Carnange and forward these checks to Coach Woods or Coach Brett so that we can account for all payments and this will let us know who is playing for the Carnage in the Spring.
