In a game that was primarily dominated for 5 1/2 innings by a very strong Fat Jacks' team, Shruty's Pub came back in the bottom of the 7th to steal the "A" playoff championship.  After trailing 8-2 in the bottom of the 6th, Shruty's put up a handful of runs to get within 1 going to the final frame.

Fat Jacks' came out in the top of the 7th and added 2 runs to extend their lead to 3 runs.  In the bottom of the 7th, Shruty's pushed 2 runs acrossed and had a runner on first with 2 outs.  With a capacity crowd of about 100 people watching, Gary Hutchison ripped a liner over the left field fence for the winning 2 run HR and Shruty's won the inaugural "A" Flight Playoff Championship.  I'm sure these 2 teams will battle in the top division for years to come!

To get to the championship game Shruty's Pub defeated A&G painting 8-1.  On the other side of the bracket, Fat Jacks" outdueled Hindle Power 12-4.
