| Posted Jan 4/10 - Rumor Has Mike Zier Coming Back |
A recent rumor has it that Mike Zier will be coming back to play for the Sidewinders. Again its only a rumor. Just the Slavitsky rumor. If he does come back he will definently stregthen this team. He is a good pitcher and the team lacked that alot. He will also provide runs for the offense he did hit 32 homeruns for his very short 37 game career. He packs alot of power and is able to stun a team at any time. This will help the Sidewinders out dramatically and help put them on track to becoming a good team for years to come. But each year his name comes up for free agents and he seems to be overlooked. Hopefully if the moment is meant to be he will join the team and continue on to his future HOF career. |
