It does seem imposible to do. But he did manage to hit 54 last year in the regular season. Many think that 60 is a long shot considering that the fences will be moved back 10 ft. Brian Romani said "For me its possible, and it is a goal of mine but really i want to win another world series." If he thinks its possible than maybe it is. But that wont be the first thing on his mind as he said he will focus on getting the title back. Even with fences moved back this year he will also be facing better pitching as the league has gotten more competetive on the mound. It will be much harder for any player to hit homeruns this year and of course there will be lower projected stats. |
