The GRAY STORM celebrates into the night as they successfully defend their title reign Thursday evening.  Despite low 40 degree temps, wind gusts and threatening showers throughout the night, GRAY used it's consistant ability to have timely hitting and a no-die defense to secure their win vs Orange.  Both teams, as with every meeting on the field, had something to prove this year as they left it all on the field when it was all over.

GRAY was opposed by Brown in the first round; winning 2-0 in that quarterfinal series.  Then on to Black (which seems to take a month to get completed) in the semi's to again work a 2 game sweep over a talented and young team.  Orange squared off against Yellow in the quarterfinals and then Green in the semi's, running the board on both teams.  The series sweeps put the Finals into the spotlight of what team was going to show up and claim victory.

Contratulations to a successful and full season.  This year's total of 12 teams proved to be a challenge for league official, umps, coaches and players.  Everyone stepped up and had a great, fun year.
