We all have been guilty of this at one time or another and have said to ourselves I will never do that again an article in a newspaper I read made for this interesting peak at this thought and should suggest to you the coach to not be so hasty in pre-judging players before they have had the opportunity to show you what they may have to offer.

A mother and her son were in a garden store the mother pointed at the pest control technician and stated that's why you go to college!

Not knowing that this kids mother was close by and over heard the statement turns out the technician was a graduate summa cum laude from a local college resently and was working until he headed off to graduate school.

This brings us full circle first there are many certificate people working in jobs that have nothing to do with the goods they were sold by the college system even the lawyer is seeing the pink slip these days and that industry tries to maintain itself well above the call of duty. 

You just never know who you may encounter in a given situation and what you think you are seeing may not be the reality of the entire picture.
