Welcome to the web home of the Rawlings Cardinals. The Cardinals are an affiliate of the Rawlings Tigers program at Ballwin Balls-n-Strikes. We use the same instructors and facilities as the Tiger teams. We are looking to fill one final roster spot for the 2014 season. The Cardinals will compete in one league and participate in 6 tournaments next spring/summer. In addition we will schedule 4 or 5 "Spring Training" games in late March. Our goal will be to play around 40-45 games next spring/summer. Winter workouts will begin in December at Ballwin BNS and continue thru February. Weather permitting outdoor practices will begin in March and continue weekly throughout the season at our game ready outdoor practice facility located in Ballwin. |

On Saturday, February 4th Cardinal Nation came together to support the 12u Rawlings Cardinals baseball team. In all 190 fans attended the breakfast event at The Corner Pub and a total of 207 supporters purchased tickets. The team also sold out two full Super Bowl squares in addition to a raffle of a Mike Matheny autographed baseball. The team was able to raise $1757 during the two hour event. |

We are looking for players/families who desire to play against high level competition. Weekly practices are dedicated towards team oriented offensive and defensive plays and game situations. Prospective players are expected to work on improving their skills in addition to the weekly team practices. We will play in one league and approximately 5-6 tournaments including a trip to Cooperstown NY in July. |

The Cardinals will be hosting tryouts to complete their 2013 roster. Interested players should contact Coach Glock at 636-262-2349 or by email at keving-eaapark@hotmail.com. The team will be competing in the National Blue division next season along with 6-7 tournaments, one of which will be out of town. We are seeking athletes committed to improving their baseball skills along with a better understanding of the mental thought process neccesary to play at a high level. Interested players must also be able to devote time to attend weekly practices throughout the season. The focus of our search is to find athletes capeable of playing the left side of the infield along with the ability to pitch. |

| The 13u Cardinals are pleased to announce the signing of Matt Wagoner to the club. Although currently on th DL; Matt, or Carlos, as he has been tagged, will be a solid addition to the lineup and also add depth to the pitching staff. The Cardinals are looking foward to his return to action as is Carlos himself. For those fans wishing to purchase replica jerseys, Carlos will be wearing #22 for the Cardinals. |
