| Due to the rescheduling of the Varsity boys game that was to be played on Monday, there will be no 4th grade bb practice on Thursday. There will be practice on Saturday as scheduled, which will be the only practice before the Roger Haas Tournament the following Saturday. |
| Posted Feb 19/11 - Hurley Tournament Champions! |
| The fourth grade Pheasants made their way through the field at the Hurley Tournament Saturday, Feb. 19 and claimed the title. Parker won an overtime nail-biter with Tea 34-33 in game one, then held on for a 30-24 win in game two over the Sioux Falls Titans. The Pheasants slapped a 36-30 win on the board in the championship. It was the first win in three games with the Watchdogs for the Pheasants. |

| Parker will Play Tea at 10:30 am in the Hurley Small Gym, then will play the Sioux Falls Titans immediately following at 11:30am. The third game will take place at 3:30pm and the opponent will be determined by game play. |
| Posted Jan 25/11 - Pheasants finish regular season sweep over Vermillion |
| The Parker Class of 2019 Boys Basketball Team finished their regular season sweep of the Vermillion Tanagers with a 25-20 win in Parker. Parker used suffocating defense and outstanding rebounding to keep Vermillion at bay. It is possible that the Pheasants may see the Tanagers again in the post season, either at the league tournament or even the Roger Haas Tournament in March. |

| The Parker Basketball Fund will pay for the Class of 2019 to participate in the 2011 Roger Haas Tournament in Yankton, March 4-6. We will try hard to earn 3 games on Saturday the 5th. Mark your calendars for this. This is a fun time. |

| As Tyronne indicated in the email, we are playing Vermillion on Saturday instead of Sunday. The Vermillion coach indicated to me on Tuesday night that they could not play on Sunday, so the game will be on Saturday at 1pm. We want to be laced and stretched by 1230 for a quick run through. |

| The game at Beresford will be Saturday Feb. 19th instead of Jan. 29th. It will be at the Elementary School at 10am. |

| The Parker Fourth Graders breezed past the Elk Point-Jefferson Huskies on Saturday with suffocating defense and intense rebounding. The Pheasants used a balanced attack on offense with eight of the ten players winding up with points, four of which scored six or more. Everyone on the team played a significant role in the win. |

| Saturday's scheduled practice (Jan. 8, 9-11am) will instead be a home game vs. Elk Point-Jefferson at 10am. Please be at the gym, laced up and ready to warm up at 9:30. |

| The Parker 4th Graders will play in the league tournament on Saturday, Feb. 5 at the Elk Point HS Gym. Cost is $30 to pay refs. See the schedule on the menu for matchups. |

| The Parker Fourth Graders were firing on all cylinders in their scrimmage Sunday, Jan. 2 with a sample of the Parker Fifth Grade team. The 4th Graders first sported their pick and roll and later unleashed the give and go, before cranking up the outside shot. |

| We will be playing in Vermillion at the Dakota Dome on Tuesday, Dec. 28 at 4:15. When Entering the Dome, use the main entrances and then go into the dome area through th north door. Walk down the stairs and across the dome floor on the north side, then go up the stairs on the NW side of the dome. The game will be played on the court that us upstairs behind the bleachers. |

| The Vermillion game will be played in Vermillion at the Dakota Dome on Tuesday, Dec. 28 at 4:15pm. Because of the time, we may need help getting kids to the game, so if you have extra room..let me know. |
