This is a rough account of the parent meeting Sunday, April 25th, 4:30 p.m. at Charleswood Place.

 

I plan to make up laminated cards roughly the size of a credit card for parents & players to keep in their wallets.  Please check the e-mail list I'm sending around for accuracy & add any missing info.

Bob introduced himself as head coach & Murray M & Pat T as assistant coaches.
The coaches will take attendance & effort (games & practices) into account when determining playing time.
Please observe the 24-hour rule when approaching the coaches with a concern or suggestion.
Please ensure the players' uniforms are clean for games.
Please review the Tobacco policy on the Tobacco page with your son.
Cell phones must be turned off while in the dugout; violation of this rule will result in the player being pulled out of the game & benched.

Coach Bob would prefer to be contacted directly by the players as soon as they know if they are unable to attend a game or practice, by e-mail:  bandruchuk@shaw.ca.

 

Team communication will be done primarily through this website, so be sure to check the home page frequently.
Date & time last updated will be in black at the top of the page & any new info will be directly beneath that in red.
Players will be contacted by Cindy (manager) by text message if there is short-notice information to pass on or cancellations.
Any parents who would like to be added to that list please text Cindy 223-4388.

Our team is entered in two tournaments so far, one in Winnipeg, May 28 - 30, and one in Fargo, June 17 - 20.  We may enter a third tournament in town.
Info on rooms for the Fargo tournament will be available soon.

Money:  we are collecting WS registration fees in the amount of $500, see home page for payment schedule; team fees of $150 from each family to cover the costs of tournament entry (possibly 3 tournaments @ $350, $450, & $350) and exhibition games; a volunteer bond cheque of $100, more info on home page.
