The JPS school based health center based at Fort Worth ISD Western Hills Elementary 8376 Mojave Trail in Fort Worth .

Are open year round for well child visits,sick care and follow-up care summer hours are also available at many locations so children can get ready for the new school year with immunizations and school physicals.

There are six additional clinics being operated in partnership with JPS ,this school based health care center is being provided through $272,275 in federal funds 71 percent and $113,860 29 percent from the Fort Worth ISD funds.

School based health care centers provide students a convenient location close to school where they may receive healthcare services.

Operating hours are Monday through Wednesday alone with Friday hours 7:30 am until 5pm Thursday hours 7:30 am until 11:30am.
