Juggle 3 times, do at least 5 sprints, see how many time you can turn in 30 seconds, count how many goals you have recorded in your booklets, how many burpies, sit ups you can do in 30 seconds, also how are you going to get ready for the games we have left - record all these on the forum

Dress warmly and go for a run for at least 15 mins, then dribble/shield the ball for at least 5 minutes. Do at least 10 squats and 20 lunges. Write down how may burpies, push ups and sit ups you can do each in 30 seconds. Log into the forum on our website and write down your information.

Juggle 3x - each time juggle more than 3, dribble 10 minutes, sprint as many times as you can, write it down in your booklets.
