The first of two games in the double header quickly turned into a pitcher's battle with the Black Eagles' Noah Doorschot and Hayden Wilcox dueling the Tritons' ace, Jackson Hogg. The Eagles pitching duo allowed only one run and one walk, while striking out nine Triton batters and giving up seven hits - - a stellar performance! On the offensive side, it was a case of the "glass-is-half-full" as nine Eagle batters were left stranded on base - - twice with bases loaded. The boys know how to get on base!
