Nov 29, 2011 - Mark your calendars! Indoor training for 2012 Mariner prospects starts January 9th and runs through to March 11th.  See below for dates and times for all 3 teams.  All sessions take place on the indoor turf at Oak Bay Rec.

 

Midget AAA: Sundays starting January 15th from 7:30-8:45pm.
Jr Premier: Sundays starting from January 15th from 8:45-10:00pm.
Premier: Mondays starting January 9th from 8:00-10:00pm.

Last indoor session is March 11th (AAA and Jr Premier) and March 5th (Premier).
Please wear comfortable and appropriate baseball clothing, and bring turf shoes/runners, glove, bat, hat and water.

Rosters for the 2012 season will be formed shortly after the last session.
Teams typically play between 50- 80 games (exhibition and regular season) and practice 2-3 times/week.

Player fees: Jr Premier and Midget AAA fees are unchanged from the 2011 season at $2900. Player fees for Premier are also unchanged at $3200. First cheque for $500 is due January 1st. Second cheque for $1200 (JP and AAA) and $1350 (Premier) is due March 15th. Balance is due April 15th.  Cheques must be mailed to the Mariner mailing address listed below. Be sure to include your player's name on the cheque.

Mariner Fall Clinics and 2012 Indoor training 

Nov. 1, 2011 - See the news section for details on two exciting baseball camps led by professional players Shane Minks (played with the Tampa Bay organization) and Carson Vitale (currently with the Texas Rangers organization).

Indoor training times for January 2012 are shown below:

AAA: Sundays 7:30-8:45pm
Junior Premier: Sundays 8:45-10:00pm
Premier: Mondays 8:00-10:00pm
