PROFILE

Hailing from Quebec City, QC, Mathieu attended the Sport-Etudes Baseball Ecole Cardinal-Roy from 2003-2005 and attended the Academie Baseball Canada in 2007. He was selected Co-athlete of the year in 2005 and participated in the Canada Cup in 2006. A very solid fielding 3rd baseman with a short, quick stroke, Mathieu will be an important part of the infield this season and the Mustangs are expecting him to be a solid contributor in winning ball games. His major is Business Administration.
