Born in Cuba and now residing in Miami, Robin attended South Miami High School. A left-handed hitting first baseman with exceptional power, he will be a key factor in the Mustangs run production. Robin has the capabilities of carrying a team and the Mustangs are looking for him to have a very strong offensive season as well as being a team leader in the clubhouse. "He has high expectations and is working really hard to achieve them" says Coach Melendez. "I'm anxious to see Robin play to his potential, it will be something special", he adds. Robin majors in Culinary Arts.
