Sam Baumgartner is yet another long time Wilmont Cardinal. In fact his #2 is retired in Wilmont and adorns the outfield fence. Sammy is an all around great player who can play any infield position at a very high level. He will also be a leader in the pitching staff in 2012. Bammy is a prototypical lead off hitter who is very disciplined and able to drive the ball to all fields. A great ball player and a better teammate, the Outlaws are extremely happy to have him in our dugout.
