Play-offs started with Thunder, Lighting, & Rain and that wasn't just the weather, it was The Titan's starting the play-offs like a team on a mission to go all the way. The Titan bats came out making noise like the thunder in the sky scoring 9 runs on 16 hits, and that was more than enough for the Titan ace on the mound Chris Gschwender (6-2). Chris didn’t give up a hit until the 4^th inning striking out 10 in 6 innings of work. Then handing the ball over to Alex Murphy who threw 3 scoreless inning to lock up the win over the Angels 9-2. Chris Gschwender also went 2 for 4 at the plate driving in the first run of the game. Other Titan hitting stand outs were CJ Najera (.468) single, double, Greg Gianoulakis single, double, Anthony Ramos, two singles, 2 RBI, and John Carra who had two singles but more important flashed some nice glove work having 4 assists and 3 put outs while starting two double plays. John also leads the league in chatter at shortstop right behind teammate Jason Gschwender. Player of the game this day has to be Lefty, Chris Gschwender (6-2) who now has 60 k's to go with his 0.77 ERA this season.
