In a game that that had two balk calls a tight strike zone a player being ejected (Jon Reed) a Coach being warned (Coach Rick) The Titan's were shut-out by The Caribenos 4-0. Chris Gschwender gave up just two runs on two hits but walked five and struck out 3 in six innings of work getting his first loss of the season. Sean Allen relieved Chris in the 7^th inning. Sean gave up two runs on two hits walking three striking out 3. But it was the bats that let The Titan's down. You can't fault the Umpires when you flat out don't hit. The Titan's had only 5 hits in the game, two by Ernesto Ruiseco who was played for The Caribenos last season. Chris Gschwender, Jeremy Hybert and Jon Reed each had the remaining hits. Player of the game for The Titan's has to go to the person who was on their game! And that is little Ms. Reed our #1 fan who still cheered us on despite 100 plus degree heat and watching her Daddy being tossed from the game! Thank you for your support!
